Doubleabooks is an independent LLC located in Prince George Virginia. It was founded by Dr. Vernon R. Lindquist, Manager and author. Professor Susan B. Fecho is sole artist of all stories. Dr. L. enlisted talented family members in the design of the books and this web site. We invite suggestions and critiques from our readers everywhere.
| Vernon R. Lindquist is a storyteller of the old school. Magical stuff happens to real people in his world, and people learn important lessons from the unlikeliest of hosts. His stories about Anna Ganna Bandanna began the day she was born and continue as she grows into a young girl. Doubleabooks began the day his second granddaughter was born (three months after the first), That was the day Allie Cette Alphabet appeared in one of his reveries. |
Susan B. Fecho is a highly regarded artist of several media and a maker of books. Her keen interest in experimental expression surfaced in the very first Doubleabooks sketches for the little book called The Day Anna Ganna Bandanna Was Born, and it persists into each of the subsequent titles. Susan has had numerous solo and invitational exhibits highlighting her versatility. Her inspiration often also comes from family, friends and pets, some of whom may even show up in the pages of a book or two.
Shari E. Gann is the Doubleabooks designer and marketing manager. She comes to the table with extensive knowledge of one of the granddaughters and with years of experience as lead graphic artist. Now owner of ShareIdeas, she is pleased to share her gifts with the world, especially if they can help improve the lives of daughters and granddaughters everywhere.
Eric D. Lindquist is Doubleabooks’ west coast connection (Seattle) and manager of this web site. His years of experience in such matters means we can respond quickly and expertly to suggestions or concerns you might have about these pages. He welcomes your advice.
